Vinyasa flow is a modern interpretation is an asana practice where the movement is initiated by the breath, and the movement is fluid, creating a stream of steady thought. We create tapas or internal heat through these movements, warming the body, unlocking our energy channels and focusing the mind on the natural rhythm of the breath. In a simpler way, arranging the sequences of poses in a creative way and moving our body along with the breath is vinyasa flow. For this one needs deep attention towards the breath and body to achieve a harmonious and balanced state.
