Yoga On Zoom

If you have a busy schedule and want to gain more strength and flexibility, Yoga on Zoom is for you. You can gain the benefits of yoga from the privacy of your own home. ​

Please contact me to schedule your class. After we have scheduled a date and time we can discuss the class that will suit your needs.

Zoom yoga is super easy and hassle-free. We place our screens in a way that we can see and hear each other. I will then guide you verbally along with the demonstration of the poses for you to follow along. ​

What you need for the Zoom Class: ​

  • Students must have a laptop or computer with a functioning camera and microphone
  • A good internet connection
  • Skype account (free)
  • Yoga Mat
  • Props (Optional): Having props is a great way to deepen your practice and is also great for beginners to remain in poses more comfortably.
  • Props List: Yoga strap, yoga blocks, bolsters, towel, or pillows. Please discuss the props that you will need with me before you purchase it.
